It may be complex to manage a number of employees who have PCs at their desks. You may watch your employees. It could look like a very busy room. And at the same time they might be simply writing their blog or reading news. Will you get your hands on that dirty spyware? Or is there perhaps a more honest and transparent way of internet monitoring?
Some supervisors had to make hard choices in the past. They had to install spyware. Spyware is the name for computer programs that make screenshots, copy text entered from the keyboard, control traffic. So you get control. What happens is that people start having bad thoughts about you. Spying on people takes away their respect.
